Highlights from October 6th Meeting

The K-Kids voted to continue with the school store in the 2014-2015 school year. The school store will be open for the students on Wednesday and Thursday mornings. Pencils, sharpeners, and erasers can be purchased again this year.

The students also discussed how the Capri Sun juice pouches are used as recycled goods, such as, purses, bags, and other reusable materials. Students collect these Juice Pouches throughout the building and send them in for money to fund various projects.

Mrs. St. Peter visited this meeting to share how the students in K-Kids can read to the Pre-K program at OTES and at the YMCA. If you are interested in participating in these programs, a parent permission slip should be given to Mrs. Bagley.

Next meeting will be held on October 20th due to the Holiday on October 13th.
